Donald Taylor

Donald Taylor has been known to watch trees grow. In all of his work with wood, the branches used are from particular trees he planted, nurtured and processed as the eventual inspiration for his artworks. The interplay of organic tree parts plus machined and painted wood is a frequent topic of his work with Mother Nature providing the elements while the artist/assembler seeks to form a new iteration.
